No one will take your call ever, so if you need anything you have to submit a ticket and talk to email. Not very helpful when you really need assistance setting something up or asking questions. They take your credit card information and there is no way to remove it without providing another form of payment. There is also no way to disable the automatic renewal function. When 2 of my 4 accounts automatically renewed and I did not want them to I contacted them the same day that I saw the charges on the account to cancel everything. I no longer needed those sites. However, they purchase domain name from the third party and then sell it to the customers. It is kind of rip off and over charge people. As outlined in our terms this does not include domain name registration. We are not our own registrar and do partner with another company who registers all of our domain names. The reason that the domain fee can not be refunded is because once it is registered it can not be undone (per ICANN regulation).
