I got the service after getting the recommendation from a website.
Remarkably affordable and to my biggest surprise I got the real time support from customer care. I am a first time web developer and the integration with content management systems is awesome making my life very easy, It will take less than 1 day of full time work to complete my site, saving me a lot of dollars. I don't need to hire a web designer, Its DIY.

Been very easy to work with. I am impressed with the customer service. Had an issue at 8 PM, submitted via e-mail, within 15 minutes I got a response. Never seen anything like it!

webhostingpad.com took my money for 3 years hosting and promised a free domain but when my credit card bill arrive, they charg me $14.95 for domain. When I ask them they said it was too late to tell them. Also they said I am not qualify for. After one year they block my login to Cpanel. I email them and they send me a new password but I couldn't login at all. Today I ask them again and they send me a new password but I couldn't login at all so I ask them again and they said my status too low as I copy their email post in here:

Less then 3 months with them, we have experienced countless downtime. Caused us so much loss, inconvenience and reputation!! We are very angry for they have make false claim of 99.9% up time, and they are so proud for receiving many awards. I say, the awarder should reconsider their decision, it's a stupid move afterall. | |||||||

My site was doing much better than I had expected, Their terms state that when your site has too much traffic that you can request to pay for more resources. Well apparently they do not offer more resources. When I asked them my site was suddenly suspended without warning.
Spent a week trying to get my files back from them and they have refused to refund my money, which sucks because I just renewed a 3 year contract with them. Their support staff and managers have been very rude, have lied to me multiple times, and have yet to give me an explanation for my site suspension. I'm currently filing a complaint with the BBB and will be seeking legal restitution from them as well. STAY AWAY!!! |

Affordable, Reliable and Friendly Web Host
I've moved from one Web host to another for close to a decade. Each Web hosting company had it's strengths and weaknesses; but the negatives far outweighed the positives. This was until I started hosting my websites with WebHostingPad. The customer service is superb, the rates are great and keep getting better, and I cannot see my business and personal sites being hosted anywhere else. There aren't too many Web hosts out there with the combination of great pricing, CPanel, and fast yet friendly customer support. If you have been frustrated by one Web host after another, I would definitely recommend this company. They are serious about having and keeping you as a customer. |

I have tried about 4 webhost from the time I started my internet business and so far webhostingpad surpass all the rest that I have tried. Actually, with webhostingpad.com you will see the real meaning of the hosting .However, by providing a good offeres with the quick respons to the requests I chose that web host to be the first chose to host my web site . Really I am happy to join them as much years forword as we could :)

Had a tricky problem with not renewing my main domain name but wanted to access my other domain.
I explained it and the support answered me within 10 minutes (even if I am in France). Took 3 emails to fix my problem but only 1 hour (most of it my fault because I didn't reply righht away) Thanks |

At first I was disappointed with the service through using the normal email to support and using the online chat on the main webpage for WebHostingPad. But after I logged into my cPanel account and sent a ticket to support, the response was extremely FAST and the problem was resolved immediately. | |||||||
