a nightmare. contacted support several times after the website was locked because suspected of spamming, always starting again from the beginning, never arriving to a point. After four days the website is still locked, no matter what we said and the informations we gave.
Requesting migration code to move elsewhere. Hope they will at least provide this soon.

We recently switched to WebHostingHub from 1and1 for the hosting of our website. So far, I have been extremely pleased with every aspect. We did not have any website downtime, they have excellent documentation to walk you through the transfer process and if you have any questions, there is always the 24/7 chat with their technical support staff available. Every time I chatted with someone, my question or problem was resolved and always in a timely manner. It was a little different getting used to a different layout, but it's not too difficult and the price is great too! Hopefully, their great service continues!

After receiving notice that my automatic renewal was billed, I contacted customer service to let them know that my business was on hiatus and asked for a refund (not sure how responsive customer service was going to be, but was hopeful). Very soon after my message was sent, I received a reply from customer service stating that the charge will be reversed and to contact them when ready to operate my site again. I was extremely impressed with how my request was handled.

Pros: Fast response. No refusal of my charge reimbursement.

I received a call to inform me of a billing problem with my website. The woman on the other end was polite and clear of what the problem was and exactly what I needed to do to fix it. Like all my other experiences with Web Hosting Hub, it was hassle free with no hitches at all. This is one of the best customer services I've ever gotten from a company! Keep up the great work.

After trying to contact John Joseph four times in the last three weeks and not receiving a call back, my experience was poor to totally unsatisfactory. The last voicemail I left him I requested him to return my call; I did not receive a response. With all the hurdles I have tried to get resolved, I will be deactivating my account and requesting a refund next week. Service should always be part of the sale. Unfortunately your company has not backed anything up.

Cons: Lack of customer service support and follow-through. Bait and switch on price. Nobody steps outside of the box at your company.

My only support calls have been because we use a third-party database tool that accesses the server to download registration information submitted via a form. Periodically, our access to the server has been blocked -- first, it was a matter of folder permissions; most recently, ModSec blocked us after we tried to delete a bunch of old registrations. In each case, tech support has been able to help me resolve the issue quickly. I switched to Hub after Netfirms outsourced their tech support to India, and I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve a minor issue with someone who clearly knew nothing about my website and less than me about web hosting in general. Netfirms also made a few significant server changes while we were with them, and although they only occurred once every few years, we lost a big chunk of our site each time, and I spent days debugging and rebuilding. We've been very pleased with the service and support with WebHostingHub since we switched. Keep up the good work!

We set up our site with webhostinghub because of high reviews. Once up, they took our site down non-stop with no notice, because we were getting too much traffic--really?! Isn't that WHY you have a site??
We paid to get the issues they told us fixed, yet they finally SUSPENDED our account because of our traffic. We offered to purchase a dedicated server, but they don't offer that--seriously.? If you have any traffic or any hope of having traffic, this provider can't handle it and you will be suspended and left with no service and a huge "suspended" banner on your site from webhostinghub. They are terrible!!! Consider yourself warned!

Pros: The technicians were nice, but can't walk you through issues
Cons: They aren't equipped to handle too much traffic

Called and spoke with Nick and he was extremely helpful in helping us get our web site back working on my and my backups computers. He also advised us of another FTP Explorer (filezilla) that was free to us and easy to get up and running with his expertise. Nick knew wjat was meeded tp get us bacl up and directed us and we are very appreciative of his expert knowledge and help.

My experience was disappointing and very frustrating, particularly, because the esay, friendly, and quick service experience they describe on their website is totally the opposite!!! My real experience was totally frustrating and very annoying because I was the one who had to constantly keep calling to check the status of my domain transfer and for information and/or help with other stuff. Once I was finally fully connected and transferred, accessing my services is another pain in the ass. These people just don't seem to understand the concept of simplicity. I haven't cancelled or terminated my relationship with this company simply because of laziness and for convenience but I sure will drop them like a bad decease soon enough.

I use this provider just a few days, everything was going fine and suddenly my account was suspended! My site and email stopped working! Standard on-line customer support could not help and asked me to write an email or to call a phone. The phone number was not answering for long time. Finally the site was released and provider provided the suspend reason for me. I hope this wouldn't happen again in near future, otherwise I will have to look for another provider.

But for the moment I'm not satisfied - if a technical error occurs provider first blocks an account, and only then investigates what happened. I don't think this is a behavior any company respecting its customers should have.
