We did not have any website downtime, they have excellent documentation to walk you through the transfer process and if you have any questions, there is always the 24/7 chat with their technical support staff available. Every time I chatted with someone, my question or problem was resolved and always in a timely manner. It was a little different getting used to a different layout, but it's not too difficult and the price is great too! Hopefully, their great service continues! Very soon after my message was sent, I received a reply from customer service stating that the charge will be reversed and to contact them when ready to operate my site again. I was extremely impressed with how my request was handled. Pros: Fast response. No refusal of my charge reimbursement. |

The last voicemail I left him I requested him to return my call; I did not receive a response. With all the hurdles I have tried to get resolved, I will be deactivating my account and requesting a refund next week. Service should always be part of the sale. | Support: Performance: Features: Overall: | My only support calls have been because we use a third-party database tool that accesses the server to download registration information submitted via a form. Periodically, our access to the server has been blocked -- first, it was a matter of folder permissions; most recently, ModSec blocked us after we tried to delete a bunch of old registrations. In each case, tech support has been able to help me resolve the issue quickly. I switched to Hub after Netfirms outsourced their tech support to India, and I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve a minor issue with someone who clearly knew nothing about my website and less than me about web hosting in general. Netfirms also made a few significant server changes while we were with them, and although they only occurred once every few years, we lost a big chunk of our site each time, and I spent days debugging and rebuilding. We've been very pleased with the service and support with WebHostingHub since we switched. Keep up the good work! Pros: Competent, native English speaking support! |

He also advised us of another FTP Explorer (filezilla) that was free to us and easy to get up and running with his expertise. My real experience was totally frustrating and very annoying because I was the one who had to constantly keep calling to check the status of my domain transfer and for information and/or help with other stuff. Once I was finally fully connected and transferred, accessing my services is another pain in the ass. These people just don't seem to understand the concept of simplicity. I haven't cancelled or terminated my relationship with this company simply because of laziness and for convenience but I sure will drop them like a bad decease soon enough. Standard on-line customer support could not help and asked me to write an email or to call a phone. The phone number was not answering for long time. Finally the site was released and provider provided the suspend reason for me. I hope this wouldn't happen again in near future, otherwise I will have to look for another provider.
