It has been pretty reliable except that the email service lost track of the passcode for one mailbox & wasn't allowing my mail program to pick up. It took awhile to discover this, so I was late answering some emails. It is fixed now, however.
Their billing records seem to be messed up. On my account, you see different expiration dates than are indicated in the term purchased. To their credit, tech support said they were going to clean that up right away. They respond very well to complaints about problems.

I was easily able to locate step-by-step instructions from the website and the entire procedure was much easier and faster and smoother than I was expecting.

I don't understand how to build my site. But the other company (1&1) made it easy to set up my site and edit the content, get pictures, etc. I do like that webhostinghub had a lot of good options (Paypal and other features) but I just couldnt figure out Drupal

Once I signed up, The Hub sent me step by step instructions on how to switch my Wordpress site over. Somewhere in the process, I must have missed something as I didn't quite get it right. I called customer support and immediately got a human located in Virginia Beach, VA, USA, who not only walked me thru the steps, but actually went in and fixed the problem for me. They had me up and running in no time. The were helpful, friendly and quick to fix the issue. Something my previous hosting company was sorely lacking. And if that wasn't enough, Webhostinghub, was about $100 cheaper for the 3 year hosting contract than the last company who I had been with for 6 years! Webhostinghub Rocks!!

The actual issue was because I didn't do the right thing but tech was able to spot the problem right away and graciously fixed my own mess. The tech was great!

I know my way around a computer, but on the occasion that I needed an answer to some problem that was bothering me the, excellent staff at the support desk of Web Hosting Hub always came through.
It is for that reason, that I will continue to recommend web hosting hub to all of my friends.

That is not the answer I wanted. I know about the support. In the beginning I was told different answers about transfering my web domain for 6 different people, 3 said ye and 3 said no. That was frustrating. The actual webbuilder is pretty easy but needed to call. | |||||||
