I've been dealing numerous hosting services and it's been very frustrating. I found InMotion hosting and it's been such a breath of fresh-air. Reliability is near perfect and tech support is phenomenal. I'll tell anyone who'll listen that InMotion is a great host.

I tried out different hosting before i landed at inmotionhosting. I was really surprised about their support, no one gives the support they do, quick - fast - well trained support team. Their servers are fast and i had never experienced downtime.

We have been hosting our small business website (http://www.quatrecenttreize.com/) with InMotion Hosting for over a year now and we are extremely satisfied. We have referred many of our clients and partners there they have been pleased by the excellent service and support. I just wish they allowed more domains per account though. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about. The servers are fast, the control panel is very easy to use and there are barely no downtimes at all.

Fast and professional customer service but their shared web hosting service is a sham.

My newly created forum had 15 active users at any given time and Inmotion hosting kept complaining that my site was overloading their server, so they kept suspending my account.

When i asked for a way of confirming / monitoring my sites usage they said it wasn't possible.

After about 3 weeks of the bullshit and constant e-mails, i finally left them and got an account with Hostgator instead.

And guess what, Hostgator has a built in CPU / Memory usage tracker in their cpanel and low and behold my transferred site was taking up a whopping 0.1% CPU and 0.0% memory, so i have no idea what Inmotion was talking about

I can only imagine they are either really stupid or greedy lying bastards.

I left Inmotion about 3 weeks ago and i'm still in the process of chasing my refund.

InMotion are considered the best in the business thus the reason why i went with them in the first place and i don't doubt that from all the positive reviews i've read but i personally had a horrible time with them.

And that is something i just cannot ignore.

I’m truly sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your shared hosting package with us. From what I can determine, it appears our Systems staff attempted to address the CPU usage several times and tried to work with you to reduce the resource usage on your account. It appears, from the ticket history, that the high load on our server was caused by an improperly coded plugin on your site.

While we attempt to give our clients every opportunity to correct such coding issues, when a single account causes such a high load we have to take the necessary precautions to protect the quality of service for our other clients on that same shared server. It appears we processed the refund for your account on 04/07/2010 but if for some reason you have not received the refund please contact me directly so I can make sure your refund is processed immediately. We wish you all the luck in the future.

I have hosted my home business website with InMotion for over 2 years and I must say that they are the very best web hosting company I found so far. My website is fast and barely has any downtimes. The tech support is very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone looking for a highly-reliable web host.

I've been with In Motion Hosting for years with several accounts. Their service has gotten progressively worse. I've had them lose files on my site, reconfigure the server without warning so that my site was down, block e-mails without ability to reconfigure.

Their servers also have a bad reputation for being used to propagate spam, so some companies block all e-mail from their SMTP servers. Their "uptime" figures are misleading because their server can be running, but your site can be unusable because they've reconfigured (e.g. upgraded from PHP 4 to PHP 5) without warning and broken your scripts.

After months and months of frustration and near nervous breakdown with go daddy, along come inmotion hosting to save the day! No more timeouts, database failures, slow response times etc..

I recently purchased InMotion Hosting's 256M V-Dedicated plan because I just couldn't find any bad reviews about this hosting company.

In a nutshell, I can confirm that they really are that good! Yes, the best to date when taking into account all aspects of it from server to service.

Customer Service: Now this is where they really shine and set themsleves apart from the competition, IMHO.

I've moved to InMotion hosting 8 months ago and found the service very professional and helpful. I do not have any problems with them so far. Reliability is also very very good.

I would recommend this service for serious web business.

Prior to using inmotionhosting.com, I had tried 5 web hosting companies in 18 months.
I have been an inmotionhosting.com customer for over 2 years and the it's still great.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company. You will be amazed.
