| For the first year I was with them HostPapa service was fine, a couple of small outages but on the while good speeds and service. However I am currently experiencing the 5th or 6th long term complete loss of website hosting and access i the last 6 months. The first couple of times this occured they shut down their telephone and online support lines so there was no way to conatct them other than talking to other subscribers via their online message board forums (threads discussing any kind of problem are removed soon after service is restored) but as with previous recent outages Hostpapa now shut their forums (and entire .co.uk site) down so when they have an outage there is no way to find any information on how long it will be or who else is affected - akin to burying their head in the sand. When service is restored and you enquire about their 99.9% 'guarantee' all you get is a pre-prepared apology. Totally unacceptable. | |||

| I would not give Hostpapa five stars. I experience constant problems in retrieving and sending emails and have to use alternative back ups. | |||

| I switched frfom 1 and 1 about a month ago. I have had to contact tech support because of the way I messed up some of the application installs. They always fied the problems which I had created promptly and efficiently. They cant be faulted. | |||

| We just moved form 1and1 to host papa UK about 2 months ago. We never had any down time at all, I upload a lot of files to to server and never had disconnect .
The price just a little bit higher than 1and1 but it is worth it. |

| What's not to like? I started there as a newbie, although I knew nothing I set up my site easily. Good price. Never had to contact support so that's a good thing I can't tell you about it in some sort of way. | |||
