could be, it’s a pretty big web site. I’ve ftp’d it down to my machine, but I don’t want to lose the file permissions.

I may just move over to a windows (gasp) option and see what happens. I’m sort of stuck with FP extensions for the time being and I’m about to reload the extensions.

It may have to do with the size of your website or the maximum memory allowed to PHP or the maximum execution time for a PHP script.

It seems to tar most of the file, but then it aborts. Has anything changed?

This is a great tool. Thanks for making it available! Quick question, is there way to specify a different directory to save the file too? Can this be run from cron?
