FutureHosting Los Angeles California Data CenterMichigan-based Future Hosting, which serves SMBs and enterprise customers around the world, launched its latest data center in Los Angeles. The new facility, which is the company’s sixth, will contain the company’s VPS and dedicated server machines.

As part of its new launch, the company upgraded all qualifying VPS accounts to receive a 50 percent increase in disk space. Standard VPS customers also saw a bandwidth upgrade, with VPS accounts now having either 2K or 4K gigabytes of bandwidth. Hybrid VPS services also received the 50 percent increase in disk space, with a bandwidth increase to 5K gigabytes. But if your service isn’t being provisioned out of the new Los Angeles data center, you won’t be left out-all dedicated server clients using the Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC data centers will also get an upgrade to 10,000 Gigabytes of bandwidth.

The Los Angeles data center has been under development for several months, and will position Future Hosting ideally to serve customers on the West Coast, as well as in the Asia/Pacific Rim region. The full line of VPS offerings will be available from the Los Angeles hub, with other services coming soon. The company’s highly-regarded VPS services are available both as managed and unmanaged plans.

Future Hosting is well known for its innovative Future Engineer system, which automates customer support, configuration and repair tasks on virtual private servers.
