An overview of the Multi Account Functions in WHM

WHM TutorialInstead of managing one account at a time, WebHost Manager (WHM) allows you to simplify the process by managing multiple accounts at once.

To upgrade many accounts at once :

  1. Log in to WHM
  2. Click the Multi Account Functions icon

  3. Click the Modify/Upgrade Multiple Accounts icon

  4. On the Modify/Upgrade Multiple Account page, you can search for a domain, user, or reseller if you have too many choices to fit on the screen; otherwise, select the domain(s) you would like to modify by checking the box next to the account(s) to modify.

    Select options to change (only choose the options you would like to change):

  5. Click the Change button
  6. The All Modifications Complete screen will be displayed

To terminate multiple accounts at once :

  1. Log in to WHM
  2. Click the Multi Account Functions icon

  3. Click the Terminate Multiple Accounts icon

  4. Select the account(s) to terminate, type in the text per the instructions, then click the Destroy Selected Accounts button

  5. Various account removal actions occur

…followed by a confirmation message when complete
