There is no real fix other than this: go to the ApplicationPool and set the “Disable Overlapped Recycle” to “True” and “IdleTimeoout” to “0″. This is not a perfect way of doing things but it's the only way to rid of this error. This may not be necessary with PHP 5.3.x. Also, PHP won't run, per this guide, on a 64-bit platform.
