One great feature of cPanel is that it allows administrators and resellers to create packages. These packages contain the information needed to create a user account such as the allowed disk space, bandwidth, the number of email accounts, the number of databases, etc.
But sometimes, your client need more resources and may want to upgrade to a better hosting plan (or package). WHM has a nice feature that will allow you to do just that: upgrade or downgrade user accounts.
