As a favour used my personal credit card to get a non-profit website up and running. Got it going, called back to get my credit card removed from the account as I was no longer going to have access to the site. Apparently when I called back to have my card removed, it wasn't and they kept in on file.
3 months later, a renewal charge was charged to my account. I don't have access to the website, but was told by form letter the only way to cancel is to log in to the system. The non profit never ended using the hosting in the first place. No way to contact billing by phone to resolve.
Apparently the only solution is to cancel my credit card and get a new number so they can't charge anything more. Of course, I have disputed through the cc company too.

Hosting OKAY unless you have a problem and NO MANAGERS are available by PHONE or EMAIL They are only available by MAIL. Really? No managers have a PHONE???? REALLY!!!?

Much better hosting out there for less money and better customer service.


Pros: none
Cons: terrible customer service, no phone support for billing issues, incorrect billing on cc.
