(3 Reviews)ServerPronto is a subsidiary of Infolink, one of the world’s few profitable data center corporations. From the very beginning, ServerPronto has been raising the standards in the hosting industry, settling from nothing less than the best hardware and utmost customer satisfaction. While the company mainly services enterprise-class solutions, ServerPronto offers excellent value to its loyal base of customers with competitively priced packages geared for success.
ServerPronto leaves shared packages to the competition by specializing in nothing but dedicated and managed hosting services. The company has a number of attractive solutions with plans starting as low as $29.95 per month. Services begin with the Starter package and range to the robust Intel Extreme. Even though setup fees are attached, every plan is very competitive in terms of what is currently being offered on the market.

My dedicated server on ServerPronto experienced a total crash including both hard drive and motherboard.
Since there I was no recoverable data, I had to cancel my account. ServerPronto insisted on charging me for an additional month because I hadn't given them 30 days notice, even though I'd been a customer for more than three years. Furthermore, to cancel my account, they made me fax them a copy of the front and back of my drivers license and my credit card, even though they already had my credit card on file. There was no good reason for this except to make it more difficult to cancel, and it increased the risk that my credit card information would misused. I received no confirmation of cancellation until I pressed them for it. While my account was active, there were a number of networking and datacenter issues; several times the whole ServerPronto site was down. |

I was a customer of Infolink /Serverpronto starting on 09/2009 (billed quarterly) and I had decided in February to cancel their service and move the data to server in our own datacenter. Because I knew I had a billing period starting the following month, March 5th to be exact, I knew I should send in my cancellation early to avoid any dispute that I canceled in time before my billing period started. So early Feb 2010, I sent in my complete cancellation request to the Serverpronto. The very next day, I notice my card was hit for the next billing period, 21 days in advance. Very upset about this I contacted the Serverpronto immediately and told them that I wanted the charge voided and that I had already sent in my cancellation request to their fax number. I was replied with Our general policy per our Terms of Service is that we do not provide refunds. However, if we have made an error in billing, we will provide a refund for this. If you have been billed incorrectly, or feel there are other extraordinary circumstances, please e-mail your Refund Request to: refunds@serverpronto.com. Please be sure to include your TELEPHONE NUMBER, and a good time for us to call, as we will likely need to confirm information verbally with you. Please also provide as many details as possible so that your request can be timely processed. This reply only made me more upset. I replied immediately with First of all are you kidding me? I dont owe you ANYTHING for another 21 days! Where in your TOS does it say that you are going to charge me 21 days before my due date? I would like a refund immediately and I am going to start off by asking nicely. You did this last month and I almost canceled my service right then because of this. You DO NOT have the right to charge my card before my due date. That is the bottom line!. So I humored them anyway and sent my request to the email provided, only to be told that the issue would be investigated and they placed my ticket on hold and I have not heard back from them to this day. Their billing practices are ridiculous and I know I am not the only one who has complained about them considering their F BBB rating and the fact that you can find all kinds of complaints about them by doing a simple google search. Their ability to process credit cards should be revoked completely. | |||||||

I purchased hosting at this crap company.
Do now consider working with this guys, you will loose your money. Not only this, you will loose your dignity, and probably few things more. - awfull customer support (no replies) - you will get support only when you are doing purchase of this crap. I had to cancel my credit card not to be billed each quarter for no services. Do yourself a favour, run away from this guys!!! Don't be fooled by their web site, thay are crap of people and company. |
