A lot of well established hosting companies are spinning-off special divisions or even separate entities that are focused on the rapidly expanding field of cloud hosting. This is true of ReliaCloud. It was created in 2009 as is a spin-off from its parent company VISI, and like VISI is headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota.
