Performance & Reliability

Known to have had their share of downtimes, One.com seems to have worked on this since then but still has to make its proof. Anyway I wouldn't expect that much from a web host if I paid such a low price.

One.com offers email and live chat support 24/7 but they do not provide phone support. Again, you get what you pay for.
