New Jersey-based provider of cloud virtual private server hosting solutions, Solar VPS, has announced a partnership with the data center leader, Digital Realty, to bring SolarSystemâ„˘ VPS management software suite to Dallas, Texas. The Dallas location is the first in a series of nodes that are in the works, with plans for future nodes in Phoenix, Arizona and Miami, Florida. SolarSystem is a Windows and Linux VPS cloud hosting solution that has been internally developed by Solar VPS.

The Solar VPS node hypervisors in Dallas are built with hexa-core Intel E5 Processors that feature 256 GB RAM with allowances for burst and growth, utilizing a 10 GB network that is fully redundant, operating a NetAPP Base SAS storage platform. The node has been built on the same architecture as the Solar VPS node that was deployed in Clifton, New Jersey this January.
