Net firms used to be the best hosting company but ever since they have upgraded to the new platform , nothing is working , and tech support are very lazy and refuse to help you and keep telling you it must be your problem
and they keep putting you on hold till you give up , and when you contact them again they lie and tell you they created a ticket and one of the specialist is looking at the issue and will be solved whiten the hour , but you wait 2 3 or 5 and every time you contact them they giove you the same empty promises and you cannot even get them to release your domain to move to a different host and keep tell you we are sorry for the inconvenience I advise anyone considering netfirms to stay away , |

Lazy and worthless support. Technical support never answers their phones, they wait until you give up. I've submitted 3 times to their support and never got back a ticket item. I'm leaving this s-hole of a company. Hello Linux Ubuntu and my own server. | |||||||

Netfirms is decent at most. Good package and good value for the money but support is non-existent. I moved all my business to MyHosting a couple of months ago and I'm a happy camper now. | |||||||

I first discovered netfirms because they had the best prices on .ca domains. they have fast servers and pratically no downtimes at all. good service so far. | |||||||
