Reliability
This seems to have gone down the drain in the last few years. Many customer complaints about downtimes and server problems. While their control panels is very user-friendly, it has been reported to be very slow.
Support
Although they offer 24/7 phone support, email support is reported to be taking too much time. Clients are often disapointed by the service they receive. Again, you get what you pay for.
Features And Pricing
IX Web Hosting uses H-Sphere as their control panel which is a really nice feature. If you don't mind weak support and a few downtimes, then you get good value for the price. They offer lots of disk space and bandwidth for the price.
