iPower utilizes two data centers in the Boston, MA area. Combined, they occupy over 2400 square feet of space, comprised of over 800 Servers and ½ a Petabyte of storage. Both centers have:

Support
iPower.com offers live technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week over phone, live chat and through their support ticket system. The've also got a good knowledgebase. Many users have reported unacceptable wait time and poor quality of service.
Features And Pricing
Where they once used to include cPanel with their hosting plans, iPower.com has now switched to vDeck. While this is not a bad control panel, it is nowhere near cPanel.
As for their hosting plans, except for the Starter Plan, they offer nice feature for the price. For example you can get 600 Gb of storage for only $7.95 a month. They also give you a $30 Google AdWords voucher and a $50 Yahoo Search Marketing voucher.
