I was having issues with my photos showing up within an iframe on my website and they had me change transfer settings in filezilla and it worked! I am glad I read reviews before purchasing hosting because I am completely satisfied with the amount of help I have got.

They were helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. The others might be less expensive but I don't think the service can compare.

When I called InMotion our site had been down for 3 days!!! And all I got from the other company were rude reps who couldn't care less. I am not web savvy so I was expecting someone to hold my hand and explain what I had to do to get the site back up. I was honestly shocked at how terrible the service was with these two other companies.
From the first moment I got on the phone with one of your reps I felt valued as a customer. It was so refreshing! Your reps took the time to listen, help me and walk me through the entire process. Our site was up in about 24 hours. I am so thankful!
Please keep up the good work! You have a loyal customer in me! I wish other companies would learn from you how to treat their customers!
