Excellent service. Guy on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a problem earlier in the week and to insure that it would be fixed he stayed on the line with me and worked to insure things were corrected. When the email did not go through he alerted me and asked me to send it to a different location.

Excellent customer support. I was with Superb.hosting for 8 years, overall decent, but creating tickets and waiting long time for responses. With tickets, it takes a long time to go back and forth with questions. Your chat feature is what impresses me. I opened 3 accounts and uploaded 9 web sites, and if I had issue, just did a chat and back to it. Very impressive. Also, my sites load faster and your control panel is sooooo simple. I am a happy new customer.
