I was with Superb.hosting for 8 years, overall decent, but creating tickets and waiting long time for responses. With tickets, it takes a long time to go back and forth with questions. Your chat feature is what impresses me. I opened 3 accounts and uploaded 9 web sites, and if I had issue, just did a chat and back to it. Very impressive. Also, my sites load faster and your control panel is sooooo simple. I am a happy new customer.
