My account went past due by one day when I finally noticed. InMotion allowed me to pay my bill late without interruption of service. My previous hosting company would have shut me down. This company cares, and I have never had even a mediocre support experience, as each call has been a 5 star experience. They are reliable, easy to use, great pricing, great help files and video tutorials if you are just starting out, and give you lots of extras. Even if you have a "dumb" question, they will never make you feel stupid for not knowing the obvious answer. They go above and beyond every time. I have tried a lot of hosting services over the past 16 years, and I doubt I will ever need to move any of my sites again. Superior, ethical company which gives back globally and locally. Read about their green data center in LA and their corporate giving on their website. They will always make it right if you have any problems. I have been a happy customer for 3 years.

Date: January 26, 2012 | I picked IMH because of reviews I read on its customer service levels and their turnaround times. Both instances when I needed help, they were quick to respond and were quite accurate with their replies.
Reliability is my concern, and I believe they've shown no reason for me to worry thus far.

The feeling of calling cable providers and cell phone support (although there are some better than others in world of mobile support). It's feeling of being removed on a human level that reduces their ability to relate to the customer but rather follow a protocol of apologizing and continue down a scripted series of questions. Both InMotion Hosting support staff were experienced and resolved my issues after one explanation. They knew what needed to be done and just fixed it and answered my follow up questions to my satisfaction.

This prevented access to the website, webmail, POP mail, and IMAP. We were not notified. Nor could technical support tell us what threshold we crossed to trigger the block. Our other site has similar traffic, and now we wonder if our email will be blocked without notice.
