Click here to reply to this review		 Transferred four domains, website and blogsite from another hosting company to HostMonster. Needless to say not everything was "transparrant to the user" and there were a few glitches that came with transferring a couple of the domains.

The technical support at HostMonster went out of their way to resolve the issue in a timely manner so I would incur additional hosting and domain renew costs threatened by my old hosting company.

Kudos on outstanding customer service.

Click here to reply to this review		 I've been using Hostmonster for more than 2 years now, and on that very rare occasion when I've needed support, the Hostmonster Support Team was not only on it in minutes, the issue was solved in minutes. When I say minutes, I mean like within 10 or 15 minutes from the time I sent in my request via e-mail.... it doesn't get any better than that.


Pros: Ease of use, Prompt service and more features than I'll likely ever need, but it's nice to know they're there if I do.
