I am not really technically minded at all, so I wrote a support ticket. My detailed answer came back in minutes and it is only because of my lack of tech skills that I thought I would go on Live Chat to see if I could have someone walk me through. Again, I didn't wait long at all and an amazing technical wizard called Mark came to the rescue. All I had to say was I have a problem and he said he would have a look, then seconds later he said "try it now". My site was back and working perfectly! I am so happy with the service at Hostmonster and think Mark is a fantastic asset to the company.

Lucky for me Jeremy was on the job. Now, keep in mind that this all happened on a Sunday night. Again, lucky for me Jeremy was working. He stepped in, explained things in easy steps, got my FTP up and running and helped me restore my websites. Upon his recommendation I have gone on to purchase the backup pro and I couldn't be happier. I will be a loyal customer of your company going forward and I will always recommend your organization to my friends and clients.

I had a full on crash and all data was lost. Luckily I have the patience to live with this sort of thing, but people who depend on me do not. I had gremlins, monkeys and dinosaurs chewing me up for two whole very stressful days. I still have stiff shoulder blades from the stress.

I have repeatedly found the support staff at Host Monster to be exemplary in all aspects. I chose Host Monster because of this service. In the past I have been frustrated and exasperated with nameless faceless service providers who insist on having you send them a ticket that they never answer. At Host Monster that is all different. You treat people like real individuals and always with a cheerful and happy manner. I have NEVER been disappointed with their service and feel that your telephone support staff should be highly commended for their great work! Since joining the Host Monster ranks as a client, I have brought 32 other people from such companies as Go Daddy, E Host Pros and others. Date: February 11, 2011 Website: http://www.creotecmd.com | Tengo un dominio ww.creotecmd.com en hostmonster y la verdad es que me va muy mal, es solo una web peque�a, pesa poco, y la web tiene poco trafico, muy poco no mas de 50 personas al dia, aun asi sin scripts pesados sin flashes sin javasccript sin nada pesado, una simple web con html y css me va muy lento, y encima si llego a tener mas de 30 - 50 personas onine ( mas o menos) el servidor se sobrecarga....
en fin... precio muy bajo eso si... pero tambien la calidad es muy baja.... no le recomiendo a nadie.... | |||||||
