They are somewhat rigid as to the resources your website may use so make sure to buy an hosting plans that can live up to your needs.

Anyone they find crashing a server will be moved onto a server with only twenty accounts on it for the same monthly hosting price, instead of being suspended.

Support

HostGator offers an amazing 24/7 support over phone, email or online helpdesk. Customers are answered in a professional and timely manner.

I've had the chance to speak with Matthew M. from HostGator and he was very kind and professional. The wait time was about 2 minutes.

Features and Pricing

HostGator offers cPanel / WHM control panel with all their hosting plans. cPanel allows you to manage your email accounts, databases, backups, etc. Once you've got a website handled by cPanel, you can easily move it to another web server (that has cPanel too) within a few clicks.

While they are a little bit more expensive than other web hosts in the same range, they are worth every penny for their reliability and customer service.

This is a web host that totally rocks! Highly recommended.
