Both companies highly emphasize their commitment to customer service and let their customer service awards display in full vivid color.  HostMonster does emphasize that none of its calls are outsourced, while StartLogic only emphasizes high quality (this could be indicative of higher understanding and experience). HostMonster also allow you to cancel your account anytime with no cancellation fee, whereas StartLogic does list a 30-day policy.
