GoDaddy Vs InMotion Hosting - Overview

GoDaddy Vs InMotion HostingSince I have posted my InMotion Hosting Review, I have received many emails from readers asking if they should go with GoDaddy or InMotion Hosting.

I guess that’s because both web hosts offer cheap web hosting as well as virtual private servers and dedicated servers.

Lately I’ve made an in-depth comparison between GoDaddy and 1and1 and this time we’ll compare GoDaddy and InMotion Hosting.

InMotion Hosting Overview

Providing web hosting services since 2001, InMotion Hosting has built a strong reputation based on high performance and reliability hosting. But mostly, InMotion Hosting has been delivering unmatched customer service.

InMotion Hosting offices are based in Los Angeles and Virginia. This web hosting company is an employee owned and operated company which may explain why they are so conscious about their customer service.

InMotion Hosting offers a wide range of products:

  • Cheap and Personal Website Hosting - From $3.00 / mo.
  • Business Class Hosting - From $6.95 / mo.
  • Virtual Private Servers - From $39.95 /mo.
  • Dedicated Servers - From $199.95 / mo.

Along with any hosting plan, you get 24/7 email and phone support.

GoDaddy Overview

GoDaddy is one of the largest web hosting company on the Net and probably one of the biggest domain name registrar (if not the biggest). You might have heard from them from their Superbowl ad or you may already know the GoDaddy Girls.

Founded by Bob Parsons in 1997, The Go Daddy Group has grown to include more than 28.4 million domains under management.

GoDaddy’s hosting products include:

  • Blog Hosting - From $4.49 / mo.
  • Linux & Windows Shared Hosting - From $4.08 / mo.
  • Linux & Windows Virtual Servers - From $37.77 / mo.
  • Linux & Windows Dedicated Servers - From $71.99 / mo.

GoDaddy also provides 24/7 email and phone support.

InMotion Hosting Vs GoDaddy Comparison

Over the next week, we’ll be comparing both web hosts on a variety of aspects including product features, customer support and reliability.

Stay tuned to find out which web host is the best choice for your website.
