A control panel is something that is required to use or control a particular product. For instance, you need a control panel (remote control) to operate your television set. Similarly, pilots need a control panel to fly their aircrafts or a driver uses the control panel to drive his car. In much the same manner, control panels are also needed to maintain and monitor websites. Web hosting companies typically provide an interface to webmasters so that they can manage their websites. Such an interface is known as Web Hosting Control Panels.
