Just wanted to say Kudos to you guys over there, especially to Mike Porter who helped to pinpoint exactly what was the cause of our exceeding our hourly mail rate.

Apparently, one of our email accounts was compromised and he helped get to the bottom of it by looking at the mail logs for both of our domains. When our first log revealed information contrary to what we were experiencing, he brought up a 2nd log file which was conclusive.

This helped to hone in on the exact problem so that we could take immediate action instead of going on some wild goose chase resetting the passwords of about 70 email accounts. The latter of which would've taken days of work and coordination.

Thanks again for great service Mike!

My website went down somehow whether it was hacked or just an error with a script, but Rachel helped me get everything going again. I was very very happy with the level of service and knowledge she possessed.


Pros: Intelligent Staff, English Speaking, Easy to get in touch with and 24/7 support.
Cons: Not clear on what really caused the site to go down.

Why I Recommend BlueHost

All of my friends and associates know that when I'm shopping for a product or service, I research it to death. I recently indulged my obsession while choosing a new Internet provider. I had been satisfied for many years with Earthlink as my domain host, but my feelings changed after they outsourced their technical support overseas. I suddenly found myself speaking with people who were robot-like, often difficult to understand, and not particularly creative in finding solutions to my problems. I was also paying a separate annual bill for my domain name. I thought there must be a company that provided both hosting and a domain name for a single, reasonable price.

I have been very happy with them. Now, when I call my provider for assistance, it's truly a pleasant experience. I'm often connected with an associate within 30 seconds, and have never waited longer than two minutes. If I do need to wait (for perhaps a couple of minutes), I am kept updated on my position in their queue (no more waiting for what seems like forever!). I have found every associate to be extremely professional, polite, and genuinely interested in helping me. I've been with BlueHost for many years now, hosting several sites with them. Their pricing, service, feature set and reliability have been great. If I have needed support it has been prompt and efficient. As the years have passed they've continued to improve their product. It is robust but still easy to use. I highly recommend BlueHost!

Always pleased w/ BlueHost support. Over holidays my site went down (apparently w/ others). I dug around Twitter comments and found it was problem with passwords (?) -- and tried to remedy things by logging in to my CPanel. No luck - I sent request to customer service and it was solved within a few hours. Very happy.

I had a problem today, January 1st, and the response was EXCELLENT! in less than 2 hr I had the problem fixed!

I have another problem, I have been analyzing my page in ALEXA.COM and my load page is VERY SLOW, I just moved from wordpress.com and didn't make any changes, and my page load time decreased a lot

Fantastic quick reply! They found that one of my WordPress plugins was at fault for my entire site shutdown. Truthfully I didn't believe them at first but low and behold it was a dormant plugin (jQuery) that was the culprit.

I just want to say thank you for all your support for this year and previous years. My experience with bluehost is always the best. No matter how small is the website or the client, you always valued your customer. Well done! Looking forward for years to come with bluehost. I would never think to change the server eventhough there is lots of offer from other company and most of the time they are cheaper, but without solid proof of customer service, I just dont want to risk it.
