Go Daddy Ranked in the Top Best Places to Work

Go Daddy is shining bright for the sixth year in a row as one of Arizona’s Valley of the Sun’s best places to work, according to a Business Journal survey.

The world’s largest web hosting provider and domain registrar is based in the valley area – covering Pheonix, Scottsdale and surrounding towns and cities in the valley.

The “Best Places to Work in the Valley” ranking is calculated from a formula based on measuring performance categories like employee happiness, effective management.

“I learned long ago, happy employees make for happy customers and that’s good business,” said Go Daddy CEO and Founder Bob Parsons. “We always want Go Daddy to be a fun and rewarding place to be – that’s why we offer such an outstanding employment package.”

Go Daddy offers top incentives to top workers with mortgages paid for a year, cars, motorcycles, expense-paid holidays and trips inside the company’s “cash-blowing machine,” for which Go Daddy pays the taxes.

Go Daddy hadquarters are in Scottsdale. he company has more than 2,400 employees throughout the Valley, including Tempe, Gilbert and Phoenix. Go Daddy also has offices in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Denver, Colorado and Washington DC and a new European data center in the Netherlands.

The company has more than 100 open jobs open now for staf in customer support, engineering, development and marketing.

Employees receive competitive wages, health benefits, subsidised meals and team-building outings. In the first year, staff also pick up three weeks paid holiday, plus two personal days.
