1&1 are the most unhelpful company I have ever come across. The don’t provide a toll free number in the UK. Every time you email them you get someone different. They only ever return stock answers and if you ever loose your login then forget it. They just put the phone down on you.

Hi, i am looking for some help. I´ve being having troubles with a dedicated server with go daddy; at the beggining i hired an assited support, they wasnt able to install an aplication and the only way to do it was to cancell it so i cancelled.

NOw i am having another problem, and they recommend me to hire the assited support again but the issue is, it will be usefull?

I am a tech who has done tech support in call centers for a major (premium brand) OEM, and currently a hosting company and I happened to have the misfortune of dealing with 1and1′s call center support. I will tell you there is no question as to its absolutely useless nature.
